Returns & Exchanges

At Nixon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
